The report shows you the detail behind the calculation and can tell you if the tax amount was manually overwritten, if the tax has reached a wage base limit, or if the tax has reached a limit.

Create the report. Go to the Reports menu, choose Employees & Payroll, and then click Payroll Detail Review.
