Why some columns may not appear
You must have a tax
table installed for QuickBooks to display all of the columns in the Payroll
Detail Review Report.
If you don't have a tax table installed, then only the Date,
Entered/Last Modified, Income Subject to Tax, Wage Base, User Edit?, and Amount
columns appear in the Payroll Detail Review Report.
