• Company mailing address

  A valid address that can receive documents sent via Federal Express or other shippers (not a post office box).

• If you are activating Direct Deposit with your subscription, you should also have:

  • The bank account you want to use set up in QuickBooks prior to activating the service.

  • The bank account number and routing number of this account.
