Signing up via the Internet

Important: You must have an Internet connection to sign up for QuickBooks Payroll.

1. Gather the information you need.

2. Go to the Employees menu, choose Payroll, and then click Order Payroll Service. basic payroll^basic subscription, . Follow the onscreen instructions.

   What if the menu item isn't there?

   If the Add Payroll Service menu item doesn't appear on the Employees menu, you haven't selected a payroll option in your QuickBooks company file. basic payroll^basic subscription, . To learn about your payroll options in QuickBooks or to order a payroll service, go to the Employees menu and choose Process Payroll.
