Unable to add downloaded transactions in match transactions window the options are grayed out

 When trying to match transaction in the Online Banking match transactions window, the options to Add One to Register, Add Multiple, Match or Unmatched are grayed out.


Why this is happening
The Show Register option is not enabled.
How to fix it
  1. From the Banking menu, choose Online Banking > Online Banking Center.
  2. Under Items Received From Financial Institution, select Statement and click View.
  3. At the top of the Match Transactions window, select Show Register.
  4. (Optional) In some cases, the Restore button may need to be clicked when returning to the check register to enable the other options (located at the right of the Record button at the bottom).
