What is happening:
QuickBooks window does not return to its original size after closing the Help window. Resizing caused by opening the Help window remains in place. The QuickBooks Help window may reappear while working in QuickBooks and continue to behave as described even after closing multiple times.
Maximize QuickBooks to prevent this from occurring (click the Maximize icon in upper right corner of window). If this does not resolve your issue, and QuickBooks continues to open as though the Help screen were present, follow the steps below.
