When you open QuickBooks Desktop, the Home Page appears blank or icons may be missing.
The QuickBooks Desktop display is affected by your Microsoft Windows resolution and font settings. If these settings are not optimized, QuickBooks Desktop may not be able to display the home page, centers or forms as expected.
Important: Ensure that your QuickBooks Desktop is up to date before you follow the steps shown below.
