Solution 1: Update to the latest release
To resolve this issue, go to the Product Updates page and download the latest release for your product.
Solution 2: Change your preferences to allow printing without saving first
Note: The QuickBooks administrator must make this change.
- Sign in as the administrator.
- Switch to single-user mode.
- Select the Edit menu and select Preferences.
- In the left pane of the Preferences window, select General. Then click the Company Preferences tab.
- Click to clear the Save transactions before printing checkbox.
- Click OK.
You can now print without having to save the transaction first.
Note: As a temporary solution, you can try positioning your cursor on the last line item in the form that contains data before printing the form.
