Solution 1: Update to the latest release
Update your installation of QuickBooks to the latest release.

Note: When defaulting customized templates, if the message "order cannot be zero displays, you need to send your company file to Data Services for recovery. Or you could restore a recent backup that is not not damaged and reenter data.
