These errors occur if one or more templates, such as invoices and sales orders, are damaged.
Intuit recommends more than one solution for this problem. The first solution may solve your problem, or you may need to try all of them to resolve the issue. For best results, perform the solutions in the order shown.
Update your installation of QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.
Note: When defaulting customized templates, if the message "order cannot be zero displays, you need to send your company file to Data Services for recovery. Or you could restore a recent backup that is not not damaged and reenter data.
