In the QuickBooks Learning Center, nothing happens when you click the link to run a tutorial.
Some QuickBooks installation files may have not been fully installed on the computer or some third party components may be damaged.
The links to the tutorials from the QuickBooks Learning Center should now open.
Note: You may open some of the tutorials without being in QuickBooks by going to the following location on your computer: C:\Program Files\Intuit\QuickBooks 2012\Components\Help\Tutorial\Movies
