If you are a registered user of one of our currently supported versions, we offer helpful telephone support with one of our expert support technicians.

For many issues, free support is available for the first 12 months after you register. Support plans are available for Point of Sale software to keep your business running smoothly thereafter. Assistance is also available on a per-incident basis. Just contact Support.

  • Support is available only to registered users of supported product versions, currently QuickBooks Point of Sale 10 through 2013. Review the QuickBooks Supported Versions page  for more information. Answers to common questions about older products that don’t qualify for phone support can be found by searching on this Support web site.
  • Free support period begins with product registration. Software must be registered within 90 days of purchase.
  • Terms, conditions, pricing, features, service and support are subject to change without notice.
  • One Time Support provided on a per issue basis and supports you with that issue up to 10 days after your call.
