The QuickBooks remote access service allows you to work with QuickBooks over the Internet from a remote computer. The service is provided by Cisco WebEx, which is a third-party software company. WebEx offers technical support only by email.
Important: Unattended sessions are not supported for Windows 8 systems. Please see Set up, manage, and uninstall unattended remote access.

In QuickBooks 2015 the access points to WebEx remote acess have been removed because the partnership with WebEx has ended.
