Steps your client will need to follow to install the QuickBooks Remote Access on their system:

Intuit and Cisco will close down the QuickBooks Remote Access service on January 31, 2015. New subscriptions and changes to existing subscriptions may be made until December 31, 2014, with support being provided 30 days past your December billing date. All service and technical support will end on January 31, 2015.
