This article provides the steps for using the WebEx Remote Access feature in QuickBooks to transfer a file from one computer to another.
To transfer the file:
Note: You must have access to the computer you are copying from. If you have access to QuickBooks only, this feature will not work.
Intuit and Cisco will close down the QuickBooks Remote Access service on January 31, 2015. New subscriptions and changes to existing subscriptions may be made until December 31, 2014, with support being provided 30 days past your December billing date. All service and technical support will end on January 31, 2015.
