Remove/delete downloaded transactions that do not match the register in the Online Banking Center

QuickBooks 2013 and older:  Transactions downloaded from a financial institution may not always match the register in QuickBooks, or you may not want to add certain transactions for a variety of reasons. The steps are essentially the same for deleting duplicate transactions.
