Point of Sale hardware drivers and installation instructions

ATTENTION: You should install the Point of Sale software before connecting any hardware. Hardware drivers are installed during the software installation. Connecting hardware prior to installation may result in Windows installing drivers that cause your hardware to malfunction or not function at all.

If you are having difficulty getting printers or other hardware to work, make sure you have installed all pending Windows updates:  Click the Windows Start button and select Control Panel > Windows Updates.

IMPORTANTThe steps listed here are designed specifically for the device model numbers listed. Devices that look similar but do not have the exact model number will likely experience problems during application. Additionally, these drivers are designed specifically for devices purchased from Intuit. Although devices of the same model purchased elsewhere usually work, due to configurations that can be made to those devices, only those purchased from Intuit are fully supported for integration with our software.
