1. Download the update file to your computer: qbcmwebpatch (1.9 MB)
   
   
2. Restart your computer.
   
   
3. Before running Customer Manager Trial Version or Client Manager Trial Version, locate the downloaded file on your computer and double-click on it. If you have difficulty finding the file on your computer, see Searching for a file on a computer running Windows.
   

   Note: There may be a brief delay or pause if the update installation is started before Customer Manager has exited completely.

4. When the update installation is complete, Customer Manager or Client Manager will automatically start. Check the current release by clicking on the Help menu, then choosing About. If the Release Number contains V1.0 R3 , then you have successfully installed the latest release.
   
   
5. Click OK to close the window.
