Follow the steps below to update Client Manager via Manual Download:

1. Download the update file to your computer: qbcmwebpatch.exe (2 MB)
   
   
2. Restart your computer.
   
   
3. Before running Client Manager after you restart your computer, locate the downloaded file on your computer and double-click on it. If you have difficulty finding the file on your computer, see Searching for a file on a computer running Windows.
   
   
4. When the update installation is complete, Client Manager will automatically start. Check the current release of Client Manager by clicking Help, and then choosing About. If the Release Number contains R3, then you have successfully installed the latest release.
   
   
5. Click OK to close the window.
