Installing 25GB Online Backup Full Service Plan (FSP)

Overview

QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions (QBES) Full Service Plan (FSP) includes a free 25GB subscription to the QuickBooks Online Backup service.
How to fix the problem

If you have recently upgraded from QuickBooks Pro or Premier, and already have a 5GB Online Backup service account, you will need to activate the new 25GB account, and update the Account ID (for Online Backup client) with your new Account ID.
Detailed Instructions

To update your Account ID, download and run the Update Utility 2.0 .

Update Account ID and Password Information

Please have your Account ID and Password ready...

  1. Click the Start Download button below.
  2. Select Open or Run in the File Download dialog box.
  3. Follow the directions in the utility. . Once you click OK, your computer will be updated and the program will close automatically.
