Error: "LA2211 Unable to Create Directory"

What is happening

The following error message occurs when using Online Backup and is reported in the Online Backup activity log:

LA2211 Unable to Create Directory
Why is this happening

The scheduled or manual backup process did not complete successfully.

How to fix the problem

Manually perform the backup operation.

Detailed Instructions

To resolve this issue:

  1. Select the Microsoft Windows Start button and select Programs > Online Backup > Online Backup.
  2. Click the Backup icon.
  3. Click Start Backup.
