What is happening
| After downloading the QuickBooks Online Backup software using
Mozilla Firefox®, the following error is displayed when trying to
install the application: Error: "Client UI has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience." |

Why is this happening
| The Online Backup installer is failing with an unrecoverable
error. . It's possible that the download was corrupted during the
download process. |

Detailed Instructions
| Download the software again using Microsoft Internet Explorer,
and then install it on the client machine. - Open Internet Explorer, and go to the QuickBooks Online Backup website.
- Click the Start Download button, and Save the
file (Bkp1_Backup_fullintqkb.exe) to the Desktop.
- Once the download completes, double-click the file to begin the
installation process.
