Instructions to include or exclude files from your backup plan:
- From the QuickBooks Online Backup application, click the Backup button.
- Click the Files tab, and then place a checkmark next to the items you wish to back up in your data set.
- Remove checkmarks to de-select files from the backup set.
Note: In the lower right corner, the number of files selected for backup will display, along with the amount of total megabytes.
Once a file has been excluded from a backup set, (i.e. . no longer selected), any backups of this file that exist on the server will be stored for 90 days (and available to restore from the server for 90 days) and then will be deleted permanently.
