Uninstalling the QuickBooks Online Backup application

To uninstall the QuickBooks Online Backup application, please do the following:

1. Click the Microsoft(R) Windows(R) Start button, choose Programs and select Online Backup.
2. Select Uninstall Online Backup.
3. Read the prompt and click Yes to continue the uninstall.
4. Click OK to restart the computer.
5. Double-click My Computer on the Windows desktop.
6. Double-click on the C: drive. . If you installed Online Backup on another drive, double-click on that drive letter instead.
7. Locate the Online Backup folder. . Typically, this is located at C:\Program Files\Online Backup.
8. Right-click the Online Backup folder, select Delete and confirm the deletion.
9. Close the My Computer window.
