Detailed Instructions
  1. Go to the QuickBooks Online Backup Login page.
  2. Enter your Account ID and Password, and then click Reinstall.
  3. Click Start Download.
  4. Click Save File to save the installer file (onlinebackup_quickbooks.msi) to a folder on your computer.
  5. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the folder where you saved the file.
  6. Double-click the onlinebackup_quickbooks.msi file.
    (If the installer doesn't start, right-click the file and then click Install.)
  7. In the security warning message, click Run.
  8. Click Next until the installer finishes, and then click Close.
  9. Enter your Account ID and Password, and then click OK.
