What is happening
When attempting to run an online backup, the online backup utility returns the error message "RA2816: Internet DNS lookup failed for r2redirector.atbackup.com; check Internet connection"

Why is this happening
If you are attempting to install the Online Backup software behind a firewall (for example, on an office computer), TCP port number 16841 must be opened for outgoing connections only. .
