What is happening
|
When attempting to run an online backup, the online backup utility
returns the error message "RA2816: Internet DNS lookup failed for
r2redirector.atbackup.com; check Internet connection"

Why is this happening
|
If you are attempting to install the Online Backup software behind
a firewall (for example, on an office computer), TCP port number
16841 must be opened for outgoing connections only. .

your Network Administrator with this information. . If you are
installing the Online Backup software on a home computer, you may
