"LW691: Bad dialup networking password" or "LA2801: Password Not Found" when performing online backup

What is happening

When attempting to run an online backup, the online backup utility
returns the error message "LW691: Bad dialup networking password"
or the error message "LA2801: Password Not Found"

Why is this happening
| |
When using a Dial-up Networking connection, the password must be
saved in "Dial-up Networking Settings." You may optionally set the
password for the Dial-up Networking connection in the Online Backup
application.

Detailed Instructions
|
To change these settings, double left-click on the system tray icon
located next to your clock in the lower right of your desktop.
Click on the Connection Settings button in the top
toolbar. . Enter your Dial-up Networking password in the appropriate
field and click the OK button. .
If you use AOL or MSN to connect to the Internet, you may need
to use instructions provided by these services to set up Dialup
Networking correctly. |
