Error RA2006: "Invalid Passphrase" with online backup

What is happening

When attempting to run an online backup, the online backup utility returns the error:

RA2006: "Invalid Passphrase"
Why is this happening

The encrypted Online Backup password located on the local computer does not match the password stored on the Online Backup servers.

How to fix the problem

To resolve this issue, update your password using the following instructions:

  1. Open the login page for the Online Backup service.
  2. Enter the Account ID and current password.
  3. Click the Edit Account Info button and click the Customer Profile button.

  5. Click Save Changes.
  6. Click Yes if the security warning comes up after Save Changes.
