What is happening
| A Save window and a Browse for Install folder (with a Next
button at the bottom of screen) displays when trying to open the
Online Backup utility file Bkp1_Backup_full.exe
after downloading. If you accept the default location and click Next, or if you
click Browse, choose any other folder, and then click Next, the
following error occurs: Unable to create folder location Clicking Cancel allows you to exit the error message. |
