Where can I find the Microsoft Word letter templates?
QuickBooks stores letter templates in the QuickBooks Letter Templates folder, which is located in the same folder as your company file. Subfolders contain templates for different letter types (customer, vendor, employee, and so on).
When you install QuickBooks, your company file and the QuickBooks letter templates are in the same folder as the program files. If you later save your company file in a different folder, QuickBooks will copy your letter templates from the program folder to the folder containing your company file.
