You have entered incorrect license/product numbers. Please check the numbers carefully.
Intuit recommends more than one solution for this problem. The first solution may solve your problem, or you may need to try all of them to resolve the issue. For best results, perform the solutions in the order shown.
Solution 1: Make sure that the numbers being entered are correct
If the error still occurs after checking these numbers, proceed to Solution 2.
Solution 2: Choose "Yes to All" on Overwrite Protection message
When installing QuickBooks, you may receive the message "Overwrite Protection: The following file is already on your computer. Do you wish to overwrite this file?" You need to choose "Yes to all" on this message. This will NOT uninstall any previous versions of QuickBooks on your system. This only overwrites the temporary installation files from a previous QuickBooks installation. These files are only needed to install QuickBooks, and not used after QuickBooks has been installed.
