Intuit recommends 2 solutions for this problem. The first solution may solve your problem, or you may need to try both to resolve the issue. For best results, perform the solutions in the order shown.
Solution 1: Reset settings in Internet Explorer.
QuickBooks uses Internet Explorer for several features. If Internet Explorer isn't working well, reset settings to fix it. Note: Internet Explorer 9 is new and not fully tested with QuickBooks. Intuit will address the issues, but if you're using IE 9 now, review this article.

In the upper right corner of Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu.
Solution 2: Repair QuickBooks.
