The Verify Data Utility or the Rebuild Data Utility displays the message (-6143,-301) or (-6143, -101) and QuickBooks shuts down.
Solution 1: Verify your version of QuickBooks is up to date.

Solution 2: If the issue persists, download and run the QuickBooks File Doctor.
