When printing checks or mailing labels, you may see the following message:
Driver Lacks Full Font Support
The printer driver you are using does not support a full range of fonts for this printout.
QuickBooks uses custom page sizes to print checks and mailing labels. Printers using continuous paper usually don't support these custom page sizes. Instead, they require QuickBooks to send the text from your checks and labels directly to the printer. This limits the printed form to only those fonts that are built into the printer.
QuickBooks is working as designed.
Continuous (Perforated Edge) printing through WebEx is not supported.
Note: This error has been known to occur when using WebEx Remote Access or Remote Desktop while printing to the Active Touch Document Loader. Print to another printer to resolve this issue.
