You need to cancel an Accountant's Copy.
Important: Consult with your accountant before you remove the Accountant's Copy restrictions. If you decide to remove the restrictions you will not be able to import your accountant's changes, instead you must make the changes by referring to a printed copy or redo the entire process.
These steps cancel the Accountant's Copy in QuickBooks.
Note: These steps will not notify your accountant that the Accountants Copy has been canceled, even if you used the option "Send to Accountant". The email that was sent to your accountant originally will not be "unsent."
